Upon arriving at Villa Central, you will be greeted by a charming garden that sets the stage for a warm and inviting atmosphere. This delightful space provides a tranquil setting where you can relax and immerse yourself in the serenity of the surroundings.
The two apartments, located on the upper two floors, offer a comfortable and inviting retreat for your stay. One of the apartments features a balcony that overlooks the serene pool and pergola area. This balcony serves as a peaceful spot where you can unwind, enjoy the view, and embrace the soothing ambiance.
Speaking of the pool, it is a refreshing oasis that awaits you on hot summer days. The pool area receives ample sunlight throughout the afternoon, creating the perfect environment for a cooling dip. You can luxuriate in the warmth of the sun, unwind on comfortable loungers, and revel in the tranquility that Villa Central provides.
At Villa Central, we are committed to providing a welcoming environment where every detail is carefully considered. From the inviting garden to the picturesque pool area, we strive to create a memorable and enjoyable experience for our valued guests.
Outside on the lower ground level, there is a large wooden deck and pergola that nestles amongst the orange trees, offering comfort and shade from the sunny days. A BBQ and seating are also provided in this area, allowing guests to dine in the alfresco setting.
Welcoming you at the top of the stairs of the first floor is a small glass sunroom. This sits on the East side of the villa, so is well shaded, and features windows and a roof fan, making it a great space to relax and read, or catch up on the latest news online with a coffee.

Gated off street parking is available for residents, with one spot reserved for each apartment. Electric charging is available (240v) for vehicles or bicycles. Locked storage is available for cycles or other equipment.
